Processing Time

All artwork is made to order to ensure the highest quality. Please allow seven to ten business days for production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Orders are shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size of the item and the destination. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes three to seven business days after production. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Packaging

All canvases and prints are carefully packaged to protect against damage during transit.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, especially during holidays and peak shipping times.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund once the claim is verified.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us promptly so that we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
