Refund Policy
General Policy
Each piece is made to order and created with care. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds simply for reasons of preference, size selection, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions and sizes carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements are available only if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. To qualify, you must notify us within seven days of delivery. Requests made after this time cannot be honored.
Conditions for Refunds
To process a refund or replacement, you must provide your order number and photographs of the item and packaging that clearly show the issue. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if an item is returned showing signs of use, if the request falls outside the stated timeframe but is still considered reasonable, or if only part of the order is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item or provide a full refund.
Refund Method and Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
